She is so knowledgeable about her profession and is an extremely good educator. She is always willing to listen and her smile makes you feel so welcome. She is a fantastic Physical Therapist and is a definite asset to Mercy. The Sisters of Mercy would be proud of her as she clearly demonstrates a caring, compassionate attitude. “Just a quick note to highlight some outstanding service I received at your clinic.

I had approximately 15 sessions with my therapist beginning May 21, 2007 through July 15, 2007 following micro-fracture surgery on my knee.  I found her to be courteous and professional.  She took the time to explain the objective of each therapy session down to the individual exercise.  She kept the sessions interesting to me with varying exercises and was always upbeat and encouraging.  I was motivated to perform during our sessions and to implement the therapy recommendations on my own time.  She has a great deal expertise in the field and worked to keep up with the latest developments in the rehabilitation of my particular situation.
